First name removed has 1 group class and 1 private class per week with Benji. He is AMAZING with my daughter and has helped her mentally and physically. Bella loves going to her IDF classes as she knows its going to be hard training, however she has a teacher who will understand her needs and pushes her and she gets a lot of self satisfaction being able to do anything she puts her mind to. it has had a huge effect on her self esteem.
I just wish I knew about IDF earlier. Huge thank you to Benji and Avi

Aside from really enjoying the actual training, I feel well supported and encouraged by the trainers. I also enjoy the flexibility of having various options in relation to attending different classes and appointments available at different times as I have a very busy schedule.

Looks more effective and large diverse group of people. Not sure if the self defense course is similar to normal classes.
The self-defence workshop run was very professionally. Leader had excellent presenting and communicating skills. There were enough assistants on the floor to help anyone who needed it. There was enough equipment for everybody. The premises are pleasant and inviting.

IDF Training Melbourne help me to realize that I can depend on myself by protecting myself from attacks. It also helps with fitness levels as well which I really enjoyed. I could possibly, more than likely join IDF training and push myself to my limits. Can't wait to start.

Web booking is easy and straightforward. The Krav Maga class was outstanding. Excellelent instructor.
I felt there was expertise and the training was very appropriate. However the remark "pretend your bashing an Arab" and "swearing in arabic" during presentation of a certain combative move was not necessary. Having many friends and colleagues who are of that race, I see no point in using that language. Uphold your professional values and your business will thrive.

I had my first class with Joshua and being the only new student he was extremely helpful and explained things very simply and clearly, I felt like he was directing a lot of the information at me which was very nice. I don't think there's much that could be improved. However I'm unsure as to if Krav Maga uses particular fighting stances, I got the impression that most things are done from a passive stance, but I'm sure that will become more clear over time.
