I absolutely love the lunch time classes as itsna great break from work. I super love the flexibility of opting out last minute as work always as last minute urgent stuff to do. And the instructors are super awesome!!!!

The instructors are great teachers and really know their stuff, the equipment is all in very good condition and the classes are lots of fun. Also when I wanted to freeze my account to recover from a shoulder injury there were no problems and the service was great.

Staff are great and supportive. Combination of martial arts and gym. Flat fee covering all. Ease to train in gym at ones own convenience.

Great facilities and very professional operation. The instructors know what they are doing and create a good learning environment, while at the same time encouraging you to push yourself. Highly recommend.
