I really enjoyed my first Krav Maga class. I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that the instructor provided me ( being a new client ) with 1 on 1 assistance, so that i could pick up the technique properly and on point, so that i could carry out the instructions given. I also really liked the fact that, there's no "mucking around" so to speak, and, that everyone goes in with force so that you can semi experience 'reality' situations. I would highly recommend these classes to friends and family. I think everybody should know how to defend themselves, as no one is immune ( unfortunately ) to the dangers in life. Especially now with the threat of terrorism. Thanks for providing these classes. Looking forward to attending and progressing more in Krav Maga.

I have now been to two classes and really enjoyed both. I thought the instructors were enthusiastic, explained the techniques well and helped guide me through the moves. I particularly enjoyed the practical aspects of the class. I also got a good workout as well. I really look forward to my next class.
