Great rough and tough action, atmosphere is fun and welcoming to beginners. Great facilities and the instructor I had is obviously very passionate about what he is teaching. If you aren't afraid of a bit of contact with hands on learning then you will love this place. I learnt some great techniques tonight and will definitely be returning
