Good and careful teachers
As an older KM Beginner, l thoroughly enjoy the classes. The general hours of Beginner KM suit my work arrangements (esp Sunday 5.30pm), and l find ALL the trainers cater for my age and skill level experience. Josh, Valentin, Zab, Gul and Seb, all cater for my level of fitness and skill level, but at the same time, they do push me where necessary. Avi is always there with a professional greeting, and l have no hesitation recommending IDF Training at Caulfield to my friends. I hope you have found this feedback useful.
