The products and services are great, but if you're going to tip your stylist (I always do), the price REALLY adds up. My recent encounter was beyond amazing, the manager of the store personally saw to it that I was completely happy with everything. I even received a discount on my double VIP. She was amazing. She is definitely going to keep your Firestone location in business, as no other hair place around the area compares.
Nikki did a great job cutting my hair; I have some physical limitations which she took into consideration when I explained the type of cut and what I am able and unable to do to maintain. She also recommended a shampoo and conditioner that has been working very well to "smooth out" my very dry hair.

I don’t need to see the same stylist each time. A record is kept of my cut requirement and each stylist is capable of following it. I like the triple play option, it makes more sense to me to wash the hair after the cut. I like being able to check in remotely and know my wait time before I arrive.
