You have a great staff. You need to make adjustments to your scheduling. Your customers should be able to see if there stylist is on that day or not. They have earned my business I should be able to come back and see them if there on that day.
What I like is how Nikki treats me. All the other aspects or this haircut comes in a distant second. Although the hot towel is pretty nice also.

I find that all of the stylist that I have come in contact with have been very personable and pleasant to work with. They all ask what I want and how I want my hair styled, and then do what I am looking for. Since I generally get the MVP cut, I make use of the majority of the services from Sport Clips, and i find that all of them are well worth the cost.
Although some products have been suggested by different stylists, none have ever been really pushed. If I am hesitant or refuse their suggestions, it ends there without further push. This is a great change from some of the businesses that I have done business with.
Overall, I find that Sport Clips is one of the best and most professional salons that I have used in many years and well worth the time and costs.

How clean the facility was and everyone was super friendly.
We have enjoyed two specific hair stylists who are great. They are always welcoming and accommodating. My son also likes the hair products his stylist used on him. There was no hard sell, she just pointed out to him what she used and we bought it.

Took my son Demetrius to the Firestone location for the 1st time tonight and was greeted immediately at the door its was very clean and inviting and best of all my sons hair looks great Rheanna Bentley.
