For me, it's always been about customer service and the people working. I used to frequent the store on 120th and Colorado for every cut until the owner let that store fall into complete disarray. I left for Floyd's. A year later I moved to Firestone and visited the location there and with this store, they do things right. Shelby absolutely rocks and knows how to engage. I finally have a stylist again.
I've been going to Shelby at the Firestone location for a year now and have always great haircut. She takes her time and makes you feel like you are the only client she has even when you know there's a wait list. Great job.

We enjoy the friendly atmosphere. The staff is friendly and a lot of fun to be around. I come in every couple of months to get both my boys Elijah and Oliver a little MVP treatment. Hannah always comes forward and gives the boys a great time. The haircuts alway come out wonderful. Her attention to detail and patience with the boys is great. We will keep coming back as long as she is there to take care of the boys and myself. I would recommend her to any of my friends that have little children to take them to see Hannah. The boys always enjoy there time and have a good time with her.
