It will be much more value if you provided cold plunge tub instead of shower. Infrared red sauna can be done at home but cold tub is a hassle to do it at home
I have been to a couple red light therapy studios in Overland Park and Perspire is hands down the best. Why, you ask? One room for red light, chromotherapy and sauna! No more 15 mins here and 15 mins there. There is a TV in every room so you can watch your fav show or listen to music while you spend 40 mins in the red light sauna. And, there is a eucalyptus wet towel waiting for you after your sauna sesh! The team is very friendly and the space is beautiful! I had a great time in Perspire and will be back!
I love all the services provided. Everything is clean and the staff is so kind. I was nervous about my first session but once I got there, the front desk person took me around and gave me all the information I needed. I have a great experience and will definitely be going back.
I love this place! The staff is friendly and the location is close, clean, and convenient.
It was very clean, easy to use, tv is a nice touch. I was a bit exhausted afterwards when I got home. Not sure about the benefits yet.

I love the sauna because it's a room just for me, it also has a shower, the only bad thing is that I couldn't dry my hair when I went out because there was no plug for my hair dryer
I LOVED the suite designs, the layouts, and the overall ambiance. The receptionist was amazing as well! Very friendly and made me feel welcome

Staff are friendly and eager to help. Both staff and the Perspire video provides clear information about how to operate the sauna and obtain maximum health benefits. The environment is super clean.

Love the sauna experience. Your own quiet room with red infrared its very relaxing and calming! Cold Shower right after is super uplifting. I love to pamper myself once in a while with this self care!!

The entire experience was amazing. This was my first time going to a sauna and I felt so relaxed. The customer service is outstanding and I was provided with all the information needed to relax and knew what to expect. The space is clean and I like how there’s a private shower and a TV to help time go by as I sat in the sauna! I got a good sweat in and will be back for sure.
