What do you like about your CorePower Yoga experience?

I really enjoy classes taught by Emma D! She is incredibly kind, everything she says helps us do our poses with better form, and I always feel much better after her classes. I have never tried yoga prior to having her as an instructor and I already feel as though I have improved! 10/10 recommend a course taught by her!

I loved my class with Katarina. The music was great. I like it when I can sing along with the music, and the beat keeps me going. I liked the flow of the class and the whole vibe.

Isabella is an AMAZING instructor! From the demonstration to the music to her rotation of her choreography. She is on point and always changes it up which I think is great to keep my body guessing 👏🏻👏🏻
