I love the Yoga Sculpt classes! Every teacher brings something a little bit different to the practice and it's always a great restorative and challenging work out. The staff is super welcoming and the studio is ( HOT - ha!) but clean and nice.

Brynne is far and away my favorite yoga teacher. Her classes are ALWAYS exceptional and this one was particularly amazing. She is a wonderful, wonderful, teacher - one in a million! I will miss her so much!!

I absolutely LOVED the hot yoga class I took. And the man who taught it was OUTSTANDING!!! I unfortunately do not remember his name but I believe he said he was filling in for someone. What a fantastic instructor and his peaceful voice was incredible!!! I took a 5:30 pm class on Wednesday 6/11. He was so inspiring and I loved that he supported me with gently offering other ways since my yoga poses are not pretty😁
But I absolutely LOVED him!!!!

I enjoy the Westwood studio. My main challenge is the schedule and it is VERY hard to hear what the instructor is saying during class. The music is great and the class is great but if they do not have a microphone, I can't hear what they say and if they have a mic, the sound is warbled and still can't hear or get a headache from the way the sound comes across. This is my experience of both the 6:30 AM class I did recently with Owen and past evening classes I have done there. They are always packed (sometimes too much) and hearing is the toughest thing at all of the classes I have taken.

The amenities, the classes offered, the fact that I can go to a location anywhere and take a class! And the app is great.
