Lovely and welcoming community!

I had a wonderful first time experience. I took the C1 Core Yoga on Saturday @ 7:30am with the substitute teacher Abigail. I was the only one in the class and Abigail was fantastic! She really made me feel welcomed and it was such a treat having my own personal instructor. Great introduction to CorePower Yoga!

It’s super close to my apartment, the staff are super personable, there’s a sense of community, there’s no judgment about skill level / needing to do modifications. I wish there were earlier classes so I could go in the mornings before work, but I know this is a college campus location! 10/10 experience every time!

Absolutely amazing

Love love love this studio although classes are a bit overpacked

I usually go to the Marina del Rey studio. When I saw Claudia Lyons on the schedule at Westwood, I was so excited to be able to take her sculpt class. She’s an amazing instructor.

Otherwise, the studio itself was good. Large studio rooms to workout in and a clean locker room. Notice a majority of the lockers I tried to use were broken, took me several tries to find one that I could properly lock.

Great instructors with great sessions! What’s not to like?

Great class, loved it!

I love the classes.
However, there are a few requests I have.
In both studios in the Westwood location, there are back/grey round tissue holders that are always empty. Can you please make sure they are filled every day?
There are wet hand sanitizing wipes in the studios in a white bucket. However, those are not helpful in wiping the eyes, nose or sweat off.
Also, I have been in the bathroom several times when there is no hand tissue. There is an air dryer, however, that is not helpful in drying a freshly washed face etc.
Further, is there any way the Westwood location can get an extra bench in the ladies locker room?

For a first timer, I definitely loved the experience.

Class was good and didn't mind not having heat as had done portion of a triathlon earlier in day. Men's locker room needs a fan.

Love my instructors, love my studio, love the class availability

CorePower is awesome! Definitely gets you in shape and works the entire body. After completing the one week and going 6/8 days to 5 YS and C2 classes was able to run 45 minutes with no problem. Beautiful combination of flexibility and strength. YS is great with lots of strength! C2 is my favorite and requires you to be familiar with yoga as well as YS since they go quickly over poses. The one criticism I have is that all the classes seem repetitive with little or very few variations. It might get boring for some people especially if you have been practicing yoga for a long time and now that a yoga practice is almost never the same. Personally, I really enjoyed it and liked that I could VERY efficiently get a work out in in just one hour (even with stretches included!). The staff is lovely and the playlist each staff member has can completely change the experience.

Very comfortable studio and everyone was friendly and accommodating. The space was clean and spacious.

I always recommend CPY and Westwood is my favorite! You listen to the surveys! Every trainer has been wonderful and dedicate. All had nice kind energy. I like the choice of classes. Heated or not. Some studios like San Vicente have only heated and all their classes have killer heat. Sometimes we don’t want to be exhausted and killed by the heat. We just want a good yoga class, movement, exercise, stretch and spiritual energy. Thank you for recognizing that and making some classes UNHEATED. !! Yay!

The instructors were great!

The instructor at the front desk was very nice to me. She encouraged me to stay and try her class. I really enjoyed the way she engaged the class.

Classes above 99 degrees are unbearable.
Some classes have been cancelled :(

I enjoy the studio very much. Good energy. Most of the teachers are absolutely wonderful.

Awesome teachers and classes!

I took Daveed’s class and absolutely loved it! I’ve been to so many CPY studios in major cities over the past 6 years and Daveed’s class is my all-time favorite. I love his energy, his philosophy on life, and he makes class so fun! His 60 minute class just flew by! To me, those are the best kinds of yoga classes — you’re having so much fun that you don’t want it to end. I hope there will be more CPY classes like his class (and style) available in the future. I mean I have a lot of CPY teachers that I love and I truly believe that a class like Daveed’s, which infuses a lot of wisdom on life, would be so beneficial to attendees, and have that outward domino effect on the community.

It’s a nice facility with a good locker room space. Parking is easy and a great location to get errands done after.

I just love it! The vibes are everything, the instructors are amazing, and the space is always so clean and welcoming!

Kate was an amazing instructor

The studio is beautiful. So roomy and pretty. The class was great. Her pacing was perfect and it was challenging but not back breaking.
