Everyone at Core Power Yoga was so nice and welcoming! The class was amazing and I felt great after! The facilities were clean and well stocked, and I enjoyed having mouthwash and q-tips to enjoy after class. It was an awesome experience - 10/10!!!

I started Yoga Sculpt at CorePower about a month ago now and I’ve been LOVING it. I’ve been wanting to practice Yoga for years now, on top of wanting to get active after being completely sedentary for the past few years. Nothing could motivate me, a gym membership, access to parks, etc., the only thing that gets me out of bed each morning is CorePower. I love how it makes me feel, on days I don’t start my morning with Yoga Sculpt, I always wish I would have. Classes with Josh, Kim, Isabelle and Melody are my favorite. They are so motivating and seamlessly balance the art of flow with intensity and intentionality! I couldn’t give them enough kudos for their teaching styles.

I love the schedule and the classes and the showers.Ironically the men’s bathroom’s shower seat is disgustingly mildewy, because no one ever puts it dow to clean it. I wish the rental mats weren’t more slippery than an ice rink when they’re sweaty. The company charges quite and bit and then skimps on their rental mats which could actually hurt someone. Also still confused why Morgan “had to have a meeting with me” about my yoga practice/breathing. It felt like I was being singled out. I’ve never heard of her having a meeting with any of the other clients about how they do yoga or how they breathe. All in all good studio, manager caved to some Karen’s complaint, and the rental mats are irresponsibly terrible, switch to Lululemons. Clean the men’s shower seat.

I love that it pushes me, and the heated element is great during a sculpting class. Some feedback I have: there are way too many people allowed in one class. I shouldn’t have to feel the sweat of the person next to me dripping on me!

I love the class types and the instructors! It’s such a great workout and I always leave feeling refreshed and like I got my butt kicked (in a good way:)). I would love to see a 5am class added to the weekday schedule!

Great insteuctors and beautiful environment
Melody has been an amazing teacher. The poses and sequences that she chooses to teach each class have really been what my body needs to make it throughout the week. The intentions that Melody uses to start and close her classes with have been great and have gotten me through rough patches at work. Lastly, the atmosphere that Melody sets once I step through the door of the studio is always warm and inviting. Melody truly is the embodiment of what a yoga teacher leading you in your yoga journey should be.
