I love going for a short run before class and finishing up my workout at Core Power. Different exercises "confuse" the body and muscles in a positive way. Instructors are positive and energetic. Participants are both light and serious about their workout. Each class feels different. Great and healthy way to clear the mind and body!

The classes are very consistent, sometimes some teachers seem to teach more laidback classes instead of what I’ve come to expect. Towels should be complimentary, I sweat a ton and have to drench a cleaning towel to dry my mat before spraying with cleaning spray. The rental mats turn into an ice rink in 5 minutes. I wish you’ll offered a TRX class. Please just make the rental mats lululemons, it would improve new customer experience, and likely cause you to sell more mats as people would have got to try the mats you all sell. Also, you guys could make a killing selling ice, whether it be via as much as you want cost/month or 1$ to fill your cup.
Instructors and clean studio
I was in Columbus Ohio for a my son’s USA Summer National Fencing Tournament. I usually go to the Huntington Beach and Tustin Locations in California to practice yoga. I was so happy to find a core power yoga right across from my Hotel! I was able to squeeze in yoga time for myself in between my son’s fencing tournaments. The staff at CPY Columbus were all welcoming and nice! My Instructors were great (Rachel P, Kaitlin H, and Melody) and gave me a great yoga sculpt workout! The facility is small compared to HB and Tustin locations, but it was nice and clean!

Everyone at Core Power Yoga was so nice and welcoming! The class was amazing and I felt great after! The facilities were clean and well stocked, and I enjoyed having mouthwash and q-tips to enjoy after class. It was an awesome experience - 10/10!!!

I started Yoga Sculpt at CorePower about a month ago now and I’ve been LOVING it. I’ve been wanting to practice Yoga for years now, on top of wanting to get active after being completely sedentary for the past few years. Nothing could motivate me, a gym membership, access to parks, etc., the only thing that gets me out of bed each morning is CorePower. I love how it makes me feel, on days I don’t start my morning with Yoga Sculpt, I always wish I would have. Classes with Josh, Kim, Isabelle and Melody are my favorite. They are so motivating and seamlessly balance the art of flow with intensity and intentionality! I couldn’t give them enough kudos for their teaching styles.

I love the schedule and the classes and the showers.Ironically the men’s bathroom’s shower seat is disgustingly mildewy, because no one ever puts it dow to clean it. I wish the rental mats weren’t more slippery than an ice rink when they’re sweaty. The company charges quite and bit and then skimps on their rental mats which could actually hurt someone. Also still confused why Morgan “had to have a meeting with me” about my yoga practice/breathing. It felt like I was being singled out. I’ve never heard of her having a meeting with any of the other clients about how they do yoga or how they breathe. All in all good studio, manager caved to some Karen’s complaint, and the rental mats are irresponsibly terrible, switch to Lululemons. Clean the men’s shower seat.

I love that it pushes me, and the heated element is great during a sculpting class. Some feedback I have: there are way too many people allowed in one class. I shouldn’t have to feel the sweat of the person next to me dripping on me!
Staff are extremely friendly. Lizzy and Morgan both put on amazing classes. Studio is immaculate and very clean. Highly recommend the Short North studio!
