I love that it pushes me, and the heated element is great during a sculpting class. Some feedback I have: there are way too many people allowed in one class. I shouldn’t have to feel the sweat of the person next to me dripping on me!

Melody has been an amazing teacher. The poses and sequences that she chooses to teach each class have really been what my body needs to make it throughout the week. The intentions that Melody uses to start and close her classes with have been great and have gotten me through rough patches at work. Lastly, the atmosphere that Melody sets once I step through the door of the studio is always warm and inviting. Melody truly is the embodiment of what a yoga teacher leading you in your yoga journey should be.
Great workout, fun instructors, upbeat music and very challenging - continues to be rewarding after five years!

I think we need a bigger space. I would like to see the room cleaned better between classes. Instead of just pushing the sweat around on the floor, using a Dyson mop would feel more sanitary. And make the men clean up their own sweat. It’s gross.

I just started going to CorePower after a friend recommended it and I love it! I can be a little picky with what type of group workouts I like and I typically don't love heated weight workouts but I've been loving both the yoga and strength classes I've gone to! I love the emphasis on breathing and moving as one, even when lifting because I feel like we often forget that those should be combined and breath work isn't just exclusively for yoga.
It was a great workout. Can't lie haven't done a work out in a few weeks because traveling and let me say that was absolute death. Was amazing though because it prepared me for my first workout the next day as I was not dying as much. Felt great 10/10 would do again.
Every workout I’ve had has left me feeling sore in a good way. All the instructors are so kind and all have different flows, making each day unique.
I love how Corepower Short North creates such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I haven't met one instructor who was not nice! So happy to be a member.
