I went to the Sculpt class and it was amazing!! I loved the combination of yoga, weights, and cardio all in one class!
I attended a C2 class and absolutely loved it. It was the perfect mixture of solid vinyasas with some fun balances thrown in. It was a very accepting atmosphere and the teacher made me felt extremely comfortable and welcome.
I've had only 1 class but the instructor was great. Power fusion moved a little more quickly than my skill level at one point, but I'm excited to be able to keep up in the future
Colleen led the class with deep knowledge of the poses, sequencing and great cues. Also added a spiritual touch with a nice theme of opening up to an energy greater than ourselves….connecting with our community. loved it!
it would be great if the front studio door was covered. during the 8pm candlelit class a spotlight was shining right into the studio and it disturbed the mood

I like the class offerings, and the number of them throughout the day. The schedule and the location make it really convenient for me to get yoga in on most days. Also, all of the teachers I've tried so far are very nice.
I like the environment of the studio. Jeremy and Elizabeth are always friendly and smiling when you arrive. Classes offer a great flow variety.
This was the first yoga class that I have ever attended and the way the instructor was willing to help with form was appreciated. As a beginner I was very intimidated by not knowing any of the poses but the instructor was thorough enough to allow me to get into position without missing a beat.

It's an amazing environment and it's hard not to be both motivated and focused as soon as you walk in the door. The staff is very committed to the needs of their guests and i never felt so grounded after my class! It also does a great job of separating itself from other yoga studios and I can't wait to keep going back!
Every friendly and helpful instructors especially for a beginner.
I really enjoy the C2 class because it's the perfect amount of heat and movement. The ambiance of the studio is great and it feels very clean. I also love the showers because it makes it so much easier for me to do yoga then go to school.
I think the classes are fast-paced and really fun.
Convenient, great instructors, classes are energetic and exciting and vary
