I love how instructors pay attention to each individual to ensure everyone's getting the most benefits out of practice. Shavasana at core power is unlike any other yoga studio. The use of essential oils and relaxation techniques of a quick head or shoulder massage are especially nice.
Amazing classes and instructors! Definitely my favorite yoga classes I've taken in Columbus thus far. The music puts you in a great mood and the instructors keep you working hard and having fun the entire time, regardless of which level though I do like Sculpt the best :)
