The close intimate yoga session facilitated the flow of the class as well as the ambience of the whole room. I enjoyed how the instructor was very apt to helping fix our yoga poses. Definitely considering coming back for another session

The evening Yoga 1 class was a relaxing way to end the day

I felt very welcome when I came for my first class. The room was very clean and organized. The instructor walked around the room and made it very easy to hear her and understand what we were supposed to be doing. Really enjoyed the class.

Clean modern studio. Separate bathrooms and lockers. Variety of classes, especially enjoy having mid-morning classes. (usually classes are scheduled either very early in the morning or late in the day after work, nothing in between.) Love having windows in the studio.

I love the atmosphere of the studio! My experience thus far has been characterized by a very clean studio and friendly staff. Before the studio even opened, I was recommending my friends to join and try it out. After attending a few classes, I will definitely continue to spread the news to join!

I enjoy all the different types of yoga and the friendly staff. The atmosphere is great and I love the temperature controlled room and floors.

Challenging with more focus on the core than in other yoga classes I've participated in. The instructors are upbeat and helpful. The music is fun, relaxing and keeps you motivated.

I like that the classes seem welcoming and the instructors are always positive. I especially like that the C1 class is more or less consistent across instructors - it really helps me to plan my week.

Everyone was very friendly, class was not overwhelming large, I felt welcome and folks were encouraging. I didn't feel embarrassed and nothing was overly pretentious - which is sometimes a thing that happens at yoga studios.
