Great classes with excellent instructors
It was hot, sweat was literally rolling into my eyes, but it was such a good workout. I’m sore like never before! I loved how they also really want to know you and why you are there! So personal and it was such an encouraging environment
Abby is an amazing instructor and I would highly recommend her to every single person walking in! She is very passionate about what she does, and makes us all feel as if we are family when we are there! With every movement, she is so helpful with correcting, and is incredibly positive! I would LOVE to see more of her! GO ABBY GO!
