The heat, the range of times classes are offered, and the sequencing of moves - not too fast and one building to the next.
I like the mixture of yogi mindfulness and competitive athleticism. The classes give you the workout you expect from a Barre, HIIT, and/or Pilates class AND the environment to connect to yourself and replenish.
Best classes I’ve ever taken
Teachers are all welcoming and super helpful during class. I’m not a regular yoga class attendee, but still always feel comfortable coming to class whenever I can fit it in my schedule. Love this location.

Juliette is an amazing instructor! She pushes you during class and makes yoga sculpt so fun !
Loved all of the instructors and how each class was so different. As someone who isn't very experienced with yoga it was nice to feel welcomed and have instructors who were all patient and helpful while I was trying to get up to speed with the classes. I definitely would love to go back!

Great workout + uplifting mantras + friendly yogis! I enjoy the variety of classes. Some of the classes remind me of a mixture of yoga/Barre/Pilates/HIIT. Other classes let me flow through the fundamental yoga sequences I love. I've always wanted a gym that has classes that push me physically & give me a total body workout but also have QUALITY yoga classes. This gym is it. FOR SURE.

Fun workout
I absolutely LOVE CorePower yoga! I immediately fell in love after my first class and have been attending classes regularly for about 5 weeks now. Not only have I seen noticeable changes in my physique and strength, but also in my overall attitude and mindset. The classes are diverse and challenging and the instructors have great energy and are all incredibly motivating. I can't speak highly enough about this studio!
I absolutely love everything about it! The teachers at Short North are wonderful human beings and they really care about members’ wellbeing. Each class forces me to push myself to the limits of my physical body and mind, without putting me at risk of injuring myself because the teachers guide us through proper posture to get the most out of the flow. I will be moving at the end of the school year and I will miss Short North!
