I think you have a great product
Angel did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. He explained the whole process to me including drying times expected. He was very thorough. I pointed out some traffic spots and he said that he would do his best but they might not come out. He went over the area several times and the spots came out. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to others looking to refresh their carpets.

Oh used Zerorex for a good cleaning and was pleased. But had an emergency of a family member throwing up on a wool carpet and it was a total wreck. Called for help in the morning and by 10:30 two men showed and really did so much to clean and deodorize the area. Though still not totally gone, it looks so much better and can pass. Was very impressed with Zerorex employees and would be more than happy to recommend this company. Carol
