Chris arrive right on time. He called me and left me a message when he was 10 minutes out and then show up and took his time to explain everything to me.

This was a special carpet clean for us because we had several pet stains (urine) caused by our new rescue dog. The technician Trey did a superb job of treating the various spots and doing the overall clean. (He did mention that he was glad that he was assigned to our job because a newer tech might not have been able to handle this clean.)
