Michelle was very pleasant and professional. She had a very calm way about her, explaining what she was going to do and the order she was going to perform the cleaning. She recommended upgrades but was not pushy about it as some companies are and that turns me off. I like that you don't use harsh chemicals to clean the carpet and tile and it doesn't leave a sudsy after effect.

Balin was such a good tech. I am sorry to see him move. I hope we get the same service from another tech.
