The customer service was outstanding. Above and beyond, actually. After the scheduling of my initial appointment there was a phone call to verify the services that I ordered, including follow-up texts and emails to verify the date and time, along with information in case I needed to change or cancel my appointment. My technician arrived on time and took extra time and effort in explaining the Zerorez process, giving me the opportunity to add additional services if necessary, and proper carpet care moving forward. Having two kitties, I was able to see, via black light, the numerous gifts my kitties had left all over my carpet, over a number of years. I was then able to make an educated decision as to what else I needed to do to make my carpets clean and sanitary. Using Zerorez was quite an eye-opener and well worth the money spent. My carpets have never looked so good. You know what they say, you get what you pay for. 5 Star for sure.
No residue left. Very nice technicians. They do a great job. Much less wet when you are done.
I like the fact that there is not soap in the cleaning process so you do not have the sticky feeling on the fabric/carpet once it is dried.

Jay was on time (actually early), texted 15 minutes before his arrival to have the courtesy to say he was on his way, and carefully went over everything with me before starting to clean the carpets. Jay did his usual fantastic job, and had thoroughly cleaned the carpets in all three rooms in less than 30 minutes. Jay was very professional and polite, had me inspect his work before settling the bill, and left no mess when he cleaned up. We will continues to use Zerorez and recommend them to anyone who asks.
