There was two gentlemen. They were very pleasant and very professional. They did a good job at a decent price.

Alexander Lipscomb made my day! He is punctual, polite, professional and meticulous! He explained the pet odor process to me and began to clean. He did a very thorough job. Now my carpet looks and smells like new again. I will request Alexander again. He makes sure you are satisfied with his work, which I was. Zerorez has an asset with Alexander. My carpet is so clean and soft.
