We were disappointed as our quote was $250 and after the tech looked everything over, the quote was $800. We had to remove areas we needed cleaned. Not the techs fault. Felt like a bait and switch. Need to be more upfront with pricing. The coupon fliers aren’t accurate, extremely misleading. Bad business practices but a nice service performed.
Pierce was really thorough. This was the best service we’ve had from Zerorez and when we book in the future we would hope to get him back on our service!

A complete cleaning of our HVAC vents including the dryer vent. While they were here they suggested an UltraMAX GOLD Extreme — The most powerful and versatile UV lights for HVAC. They were able to install the unit while they were here on their service call. Timely and very efficient. We are very satisfied with their products and services.
