I was please with work done on my carpets. I was NOT pleased with the cost. I was quoted $167 over the phone for 3 areas (living room, fam. rm. & hallway).
---My bill included a $25 service charge that was never discussed,
---and an additional charge bc my living room equaled 2 rooms according to my tech.
---There was also a $60 charge for pet urine removal (that had been discussed).
---I was given a discount for a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER.
I can't find my receipt right now, but my final bill was approximately $100 extra! I don't understand why I paid so much! Also, I've seen an ad that you run: 3 rooms for $99 + 4th room free. My bill wasn't even close to that!

Your technicians always do a great job and they are able to remove stains and high traffic marks very well. Dylan Scahill was very professional, prompt, courteous and went above and beyond to ensure he did a great job and that I was happy with the outcome. I would definitely request to have Dylan return for any future work I have done.

The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. They always call ahead to let me know they're on their way. Always arrive on time. They are very efficient. Our tech Kendall was very, very friendly and really knew his stuff. I would highly recommend him, and hope that I can have him come out again as my technician. He recommended some things to consider, and to have cleaned/addressed and I hope to follow up with those items in the next month or so.
