The gentlemen called when they were on their way, giving me their ETA. They were respectful of my property and did a great job cleaning the carpets in the three rooms. They asked my opinion on the cleaning for each room as they finished it, before they applied the protectant. I was very satisfied with their work.

My technician, Eric, did a fantastic job! He was friendly and made my carpets look like new. All of my walls were protected, there is no stiffness, no residue, no "scent" and everything was dry with four hours.

Technician Major came to our home and did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in 3 rooms, an area rug, and a closet. He also cleaned 3 chairs. He was pleasant, thorough, and was all about business. Everywhere that he worked looked remarkable. He got stains out of the carpets and chairs. He didn't take long to do all of the projects we had for him. We highly recommend Major for all your cleaning jobs.
