Cecil was very professional and prompt. He notified me about 30 minutes before he would be there and was very polite from the beginning. As soon as he came in the door, he put plastic booties on and I showed him the areas of the carpet that needed cleaning. He also recommended additional treatment for my situation and was very thorough. After cleaning up, he had me do a final inspection. I will definitely use Zerorez again, I've been a very happy customer for years and will request Cecil again next time!
