Zerorez has always been a very responsive and professional company. The technician was professional and friendly. He cleaned our carpets well; paying special attention to a few stained areas that turned out beautifully. They are also very competitively priced. I will use Sacramento zerorez in the future.

Fast, friendly, reliable service! Our couches smelled so badly of a FEBREEZE fragrance from the previous owner, and they had some pet hair on them as well. ZEROREZ cleaned them up, and the odor is GONE!!!

A young man named Nate cleaned our carpets and our laundry room floor tile.
After the cleaning, the carpets look brand new and the tile is back to being white with white grout. Which had many black spots. The tile also now looks brand new. I don’t know how he did it. He’s a miracle worker.

The technician did a great job.! However, I was disappointed that you advertised 3 rooms for $99, but when I called for the appointment I was told there was an additional $25 fee. Then when the actual invoice came there was another $10 charge. So what was advertised as $99 was actually $134. You should reconsider that- it really makes your company look dishonest.
