It was very fast and got the carpets cleaner than we could’ve done ourselves!!
It had been a little of 2-years since my carpet has been cleaned. I wanted a refresh and Technician Elmerson did a good job. He arrived about 9am and got straight to work. He was done with the 4-rooms, hallway and stairs in less than 2-houirs. I asked him to concentrate on the stairs since that was where most of the dirty spots were. I was pleased with the service that was provided and will be calling again next year.

The first service was a joke. My rug looked terrible. I asked the guy if he was thru and he said yes. I told him that I wasn’t satisfied and he said I could call back for a re-clean. I said that I wasn’t going to do that and that I wasn’t going to pay. He then said that he wasn’t going to be with the company much longer and that if I didn’t pay that they would put a lien against my house and I would be blackballed from all the rug cleaners in town. I called Zero rez and left a message. No reply. I called again and talked to someone who seemed to care. They sent someone out the next day and totally cleaned the rug properly with the scrubber the way it should have been in the first place. I’ve always received great service before. I’ve used Zero rez for years. I’m pleased that the job was done properly.

It worked! Our son’s room had dog urine accidents and it smells great now! We had a party on Saturday and Thursday they booked us in for Friday. Perfect last minute for in. The carpets also look new. Our technician (Forrest I think) was very communicative and professional. Highly recommend!
