I have used Zerorez to clean my carpets and an area rug several times. They always do a very exceptional job. Their employees are professional. This week I had Eric, and he was able to remove over 90% of an old acrylic latex paint spill that was from my grandkids painting projects.

I was called by Jacob the service person letting me know that he was on his way. Jacob presented himself very professionally. His appearance was clean and no smell of tobacco on him. His disposition was very pleasant, and he presented himself as a person who likes doing the kind of work that he was here to do, clean my carpets.
He explained what was necessary for me to be aware of regarding his service. I showed him the areas that he was to clean and then proceeded to get his equipment in place and began to work immediately.
I spoke with him briefly while he began his work indicating that I liked the smell associated with the cleaning process. He explained what made the smell...orange peels.
He worked diligently, cleaned up and we completed the payment transaction, and he went on his way.
I was impressed with Jacob, his enthusiasm about his job and the work ethic he presented. He represents himself and your product very well. He is welcome again when that time comes again for carpet cleaning. Michael David Venneri
