We were referred by a friend who said that her carpets came out amazingly clean! We decided to give Zerorez a try, and we're hooked. Sadly, we had a dog that passed, so we wanted to clean the areas where she spent a lot of time, and those areas were the stair landing and the loft. They looked pretty bad, and we told Enrique to just do his best because we didn't expect miracles. Well, the stairs, the landing, and the loft look fantastic! While the extra for the pet treatment is a bit pricy- it is well worth it. This is our 2nd time using them and love the service and the way they clean naturally.
