Technician Enrique made sure to explain each step and made sure we were 100% satisfied before he left. He took extra time with questions I had and looked at our tile and explained what he could do to becalmed ky as well as our air ducts. We will definitely call back and schedule for tile service and air duct cleaning g. I will ask for Enrique to do our tile for sure.

The young men who did the cleaning were very informative about the product and “does and don’ts”, which was very helpful. There were a few spots that were really difficult to see until they were dry, but I treated them after the fact and removed them with little difficulty.

I was very well pleased with services. At first he didn't know that I ived upstairs and was tol that it couldn't be done. But two of my neighbors move their cars and he was able to park side ways to run the hoses upstairs. Had been looking for forward to getting my carpet clean and then my bubble was busted until he figures out how to make it work. Was so happy and so relieved that he did. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpet and did it in a timely manner. Vey pleased. With the services and the politeness of customer service tech for a job well done.

We have been cleaning and refreshing our apartment, and Zack came for two separate appointments to do all our carpets. He was so friendly and helpful, and the apartment feels so much fresher!

It had been a little of 2-years since my carpet has been cleaned. I wanted a refresh and Technician Elmerson did a good job. He arrived about 9am and got straight to work. He was done with the 4-rooms, hallway and stairs in less than 2-houirs. I asked him to concentrate on the stairs since that was where most of the dirty spots were. I was pleased with the service that was provided and will be calling again next year.
