The technician addressed our concerns clearly and professionally. Although he was only cleaning a spot, he explained exactly what he was going to do including the product’s ingredients asking our permission to proceed. We thought we would have to live with the spot, but he was able to remove it without a problem.
Customer service is exceptional. The two techs, Alex and Remington, very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Took there time to explain what options we had to clean our pet stained carpets, did not push to sell, then did a great job taking almost a full work day to make sure everything was cleaned to the best of their abilities. I'm so please with the outcome and would use and recommend your services.
