The service tech was punctual and immediately demonstrated the epitome of professionalism. He came in, explain what/how he was going to execute the task and allowed me to ask questions. From the initial call to the end of the job, I was happy with the service. They really do call ahead, do a nice job at the property, wear booties, etc. Pricing is fair, though there is a $25.00 fee baked into the total cost that I think could have been a bit more transparent at the outset. Overall, a very good company that uses safe products, and I will continue to use them in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Zerorez. Very professional and friendly staff from the call to make the appointment and all through the cleaning of our carpet. We are very pleased with the work performed, our carpet was very stained from having pets all spots are gone and carpet smells amazing.

I like the quality of the service and friendliness of the employees. It is very easy to schedule the appointment. The text/email message reminders and the call from the technician to arrival are greatly appreciated. I am very happy with how the carpets look and the cleaning. Normally I never have any unsatisfactory comments, but this time I have a few annoyances. 1) The technician did not wear boot coverings which surprised me. I also didn't say anything. 2) It's been over 24 hours and the carpets are still slightly damp to where I can't put the furniture back. I've never had it still be damp after 24 hours, but this time it is.
