At time of order, I would have appreciated knowing closets in the carpeted rooms were not included. It was disappointing. The technician did one closet and did not charge us. The other closet was not cleaned. I don't understand how closets in the room are not included.

Wonderful experience! Our church needed emergency carpet cleaning. Zerorez was able to come out the next day to handle a pretty large job. Austin was our technician and he was incredibly friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable. He provided an incredible cleaning that had our auditorium smelling fresh and clean. Now we’re ready again for Sunday morning!
