I have used Zerorez the last few times we have cleaned our carpets - haven't been disappointed ever. They look (and smell) great. Our tech was very conscientious and quick. I had a small question and texted the rep - the issue was resolved within 24 hours and they were so great about it!
A huge fax of Zerorez! Will continue to use them in the future!

Service appointment prompt Carpet cleaned and dried quickly < 8 hours Was disappointed that my room 14' X 16' = 224 sq. ft. ..considered a large double room (> 220 sq. ft.) and charged/priced accordingly ...but was granted a 15% discount...still cost more than the $119 promotion rate for 3 rooms and a free hallway

So very happy with Zerorez. Had to wait awhile for time in our area of Ranchita, CA BUT they were the nicest, knowledgeable people and very kind and respectful of our home and us. I would recommend them to all of my friends - just wish they were in our area of North County San Diego more often.
