Not only was the Zerorez team on time, they were professional, thorough and pleasant! They understood what the issues were (previous tenant had cats, current tenant is allergic) and they recommended a deeper clean on the upholstery and carpet. They took care of the whole job and left everything spotless and the upholstery looked amazing after the cleaning! And the tenant is no longer experiencing allergic reactions to the cat dander.

I love that Zerorez is exactly what it says--cleans and leaves no residue from soaps or cleaners! There's no after-cleaning smell once the carpets have been cleaned. The team that came (Eduardo and Tyrone) arrived on schedule and worked hard to finish the job within the 1-1.5 hour estimated timeframe. This is my second time to have Zerorez clean my carpets, and I am a happy customer!
