Excellent service, knowledge, and put in the extras that make a huge difference. He stayed and went back over the extra dirty areas, and really did a phenomenal job. I have an apartment over a busy restaurant, so grease and dirt and grime get tracked up the carpeted stairs and into the apartment....for years. Point being, whatever your carpet looks like, I'll guarantee mine was worse. It looks brand new now.
I've used 3 different carpet cleaning companies over the years, and I'll definitely be using ZeroRez from now on! For comparison, I had ServPro come out and do an estimate....they were litearally TRIPLE the price of ZeroRez. And the last time I had them here, they didn't do as thorough of a job.

I thought my carpet was ruined because of all of the stains, but they all came out. All of my carpet looks like it is brand new. Aaron was my technician. We was very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. I did the treatment for bacteria because of the pet stains, and now the house smells amazing. Thank you Zerorez!

We had a great experience with Zerorez. We had tough stains and high traffic marks on our tiles in the kitchen, bathroom and hallway. No matter how much I mopped I couldn't get it clean. Zerorez came in and scrubbed the tiles and sealed the grout. We are so happy with how beautiful they turned out.

Good communication re time frame of service. Technician explained process and asked if I had questions. I like that the carpet wasn't soggy. Carpet turned out great.
