It was very easy to schedule this appointment. My technician (Mike) explained my options, gave recommendations, and listened to what I wanted him to do. He was professional, pleasant and easy to work with. He did a wonderful job of cleaning my carpets. Would highly recommend him.

Matt was super nice, came in and accessed the job, told me what needed to be done and got to work. He did a great job and finished very quickly. Left the house clean and went out a different way so he didn’t step on the freshly cleaned carpet.

Mike was very courteous. He took the time to explain the cleaning process and answer all my questions. The results of his work were outstanding. I had a stain on my carpet for some time, and he managed to remove it. He was upfront with different extras and explained in detail so that I would understand what the difference was. This was a wonderful experience! The gentleman that cleaned the carpet in our home called when he was five minutes away. I appreciated the communication. Not only did he communicate that he was nearby, but he was also earlier than the window of time we were originally given. Communication and timeliness are such simple things that are appreciated!
