What a great company to work with. The online self schedule system is great and they contact you quite quickly to confirm the appointment. Jason T was the tech who provided the service was polite, fast, and did a super job cleaning my older carpet. He even sent a text before arriving to let me know he was on his way, I am very pleased with the company and will definitely use them again.

I rate it a 8 or 9 out of 10. $99 special added up to $137; that's about 30% more than the come-on. Also, carpet is clean but technician was alone, unable, and unwilling to move furniture as advertised. I had to ask twice for him to pull two small recliners and a cat tower aside; he intended to clean around them. I'm an older woman, obviously arthritic, and would have had to muscle them myself if I hadn't insisted. Then he stood over me staring at the billing screen while it automatically offered options for tipping. Awkward.
