Zerorez returned my call same day and services were easy to schedule. Our technician Nate was communicative and notified us of his ETA. He was efficient and did his best to clean our furniture. He was able to get most of the 5 years of wear and tear out of the fabrics.

I was very impressed with Austin, who came to clean our apartments. He was professional, kind and explained the variety of services that were available to us. He did an excellent job cleaning and sanitizing the carpets and was able to remove the stained areas. I would definitely use this service again.

My carpet looks very clean, but I am not sure how the $99+25.00 special got up to $300. I guess the Tech had to follow some special rules such as my bedroom was not wall to wall and had very large area rugs, so did not qualify for the 3 room special. Now I know!
