Richard, who cleaned our carpets, did a great job! He was very attentive to both me and my husband throughout his time at our house. We are pleased with the result of the product, as well. At first, while Richard was cleaning, there was a light and pleasant smell of the cleansing product, yet it quickly dissipated. The humidity was low that summer day, so with the windows open and fans on the carpets, they dried well within the 24 hours after service. We are thankful for your good service and would call you back again in the future.

They do a great job cleaning the carpet. It always looks and feels like new afterwards. Also the people they have working for them are always really nice.

The appointment for service was setup very quickly. The technician Kevin was very kind and friendly. We have a very old household. Kevin was kind enough to wear a mask that was provided to protect our family. We wore one too. He explained every detail of what he was going to do and how Zerorez worked on cleaning carpets. Very pleased with result. The carpet we have is very old. Not all ingrained stains can be removed we understand that. Just happy after several years the carpet is at least clean with no extra carpet cleaning solutions left in the surface. We do not know how long we will have our old carpet. Just happy Zerorez was able to clean it with a different and human safe approach. Carpet was cleaned and treated on Wed July 17 2024.
