Carpet Cleaning

I love the ease of scheduling and that as soon as I requested an appointment on line, someone got back to me quickly. The deodorizer used smells so good!!! I looked on Amazon ( because, well.. you can get just about anything on Amazon) except your deodorizer. LOL
My son used your service a year ago and was very impressed so he recommended you to me. I agree. The quality was more than expected for the mess I had on my carpet. Brandon arrived on time and was quick and efficient. So friendly too! I also wrote another review and the owner replied which does not happen often. That demonstrates to me that they truly care about their company and their customers.
I highly recommend ZeroRez and will use again in the future.

Great service. Cleaned my carpets, removed stains, friendly staff...really pleased.

They do not contain chemicals, carpet looks very clean. The person (can't recall his name) was very thorough, explained what he was going to do. He made some recommendations on some additional services which we appreciated and were needed.

My carpets never looked better! Only problem is the technicians have the ability to give discounts and it cost me $84 more for the same service I had 5 months ago. The solution when I called about it was to ask for the technician who gave me the better discounts when I book next time! Doesn't seem right...however I will book again! I have 2 older cats with "old cats" accidents and their process makes my carpet look great!

Carpets are clean with no residue. We've never had any other company clean our carpeting since it was installed.
