We loved our carpet technician, I believe his name was Drew. He was so professional, polite and had a great personality. He did a phenomenal job and our carpet looked like it was brand new. We will defiantly be using Drew again if available.

First of all, the product its self is brilliant. It really gets carpet, upholstery, etc, CLEAN. Secondly,Ben my technician was brilliant as well. He was genuinely kind, and we connected about art. Meanwhile, He knew what to do and how to do it. He was impeccable. I remember the last time ZeroRes came, that technician was very good as well.You really cannot go wrong with ZeroRes. I will not call anyone else for my carpet and upholstery cleaning and whatever else they do. BRAVO ZERORES!
