Service, timeliness good cleaning job!

When I called to make an appointment, the representative was kind enough to schedule Cecil at my request. The day that I had scheduled for my carpets to be cleaned I received a call from your office saying that Cecil was running late with his first appointment and wasn't able to come and do my carpets until later in the morning. I needed to get them done as it takes all day for them to dry. I understand that he is one of your top-notch technicians and I really wanted him, but I know he is very busy. So, the other option was to send another tech to do my carpets. Well, he was friendly but very slow. Like every other tech they tell me what they are going to do, and I understand the process. First, he sprayed the carpet with some type of liquid, then he used the machine to scrub (I assume that what it was) and then shampooed with the regular machine. After I inspected his work then he brushed out the carpet in all rooms. After it dried, I felt the carpet to see if the carpets were dry enough to start walking on it and felt an unusual roughness it felt like some residue was left on the carpet. Not sure if that is the normal process to shampoo the carpet but it all looks clean. Today my cleaning lady used the vacuum, and it all looks good, but I just don't like the feel of it. Maybe that is the product that you normally use but it just didn't feel like a smooth clean feeling. Next time I will request Cecil and will wait for him even if he is late. He knows how to do the job right!

I waited 48 hours before writing a review for my first time using Zero Rez. And, I’m completely satisfied! Too many times I’ve ended up with carpets too wet and a crunchy residue that led to my carpet picking up dirt 10 times faster than before.

As for service, Wyatt couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. He knew types of carpets, realized mine was of wool base and cleaned it accordingly. Once he explained everything so thoroughly, I had very few questions.

The carpet technician(Dylan) was on time, professional and did a great job cleaning the carpets.

We like the non soap idea and the carpets look really clean. The technicians are knowledgeable, easy to talk to, explained the product and process very well. They were very helpful with moving small furniture out of the way and were very efficient in the cleaning. We had most of the house carpet cleaned and 4 sofas. They took 3 area rugs to the shop to be cleaned, and will bring them back in a few weeks.
