My technician Sal Alvarez and his colleague arrived on time and did a great job explaining the services they would be doing on the carpet and tile grout. The cleaning results were wonderful, and the level of dampness of the carpet was a lot less than other carpet cleaning services I've used.

Tyler did a great job cleaning all the carpets in our home. My carpets look as good as new again. In my opinion, the total price was quite costly. My final bill came to $399 including tax. I had to pay extra for my 13 steps of stairs from my initial estimate at $5 per step. When we did the initial walk through, it was brought to my attention about the extra fee for the stair cleaning.

Always does an outstanding job

Zerores cleaned my floor to a standard I honestly didn’t know it could be. I’m a naive first time home owner & have been cleaning my floors myself over the past year, however; I’ve had guests to complain the grout was dirty so I decided to have Zerores to come out. At first I was a little disappointed because it didn’t look much different when he finished but after an hour I came back and everything was dry I was amazed at how white everything was. I honestly thought the grout was gray but it had been dirty the entire time. Highly recommended for floor cleaning.

I got my rug cleaned by Fabian he did an excellent job ! Very professional he walked in did his job and walked out . In the past I have complain about others that were sent to my home that were over pricing me for the same rug with disturbing behaviors .

Connor was the tech that came to my home, He called prior to his arrival providing the time in which he would arrive. Upon arrival, he greeted me so nice, asked to come into my home and made sure to have his booties on his feet. I appreciated his explanation of what the product was he was about to use, how Zer Rez is different and talked in great detail about soaps that I had previously used. Connor also spoke to me about other services in which I spoke to Mr Howard about after Connor left. Connor did a great job, and his approach and personality was fantastic.
