Very clean no odor or residue
The non-chemical use to clean the carpet, because I have allergies. The carpet is not soaked with water which leave it smelling and takes long hours to dry. which eventually leads to mold.

Thank you for your prompt and professional service! Your call center reps are always friendly and easy to understand. They make it easy to set up the appointment and gave me a price up front. The Tech followed up with the heads up call before they arrived. This is the 2nd time we've had you come to clean the rugs and sofa, and both times its been so nice to sit and walk on the freshly cleaned surfaces. No crunchy residue or contrived "fresh" smell, just freshly clean.
