The tech was on time, wore shoe covers, worked diligently to address stains/trouble spots and communicated well with us at the end of the appointment. I like the ability to book online. I like that they are always efficient and quick and do a great job!
The technician was honest about spots and wearing of the carpet. He did an awesome job.

It was easy to make the appointment for our air duct cleaning. The technician was on time, explained what he was going to do, said it was going to take about two hours, and did a great job. Everything was cleaned up and put back in place. He showed us a video of all the debris being vacuumed out to the Zerorez truck. Everything went very well. I would definitely consider Zerorez for their other services (like carpet cleaning).

Tom arrived on time and delivered excellent service. Joe went out of his way to fit me in to their schedule before my movers arrived and on a very short notice. Thanks Zerorez!

I had a great experience overall from the first phone call, they were very helpful in answering questions and quick to get someone out to clean my carpets. He called before the time window even started and did a thorough job cleaning. Carpets look great! Will definitely use them again!

Our representative was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. The carpet looks great. The only thing that we didn't appreciate is the hidden fee of $12.00. This was not disclosed upfront and feels underhanded.
