We were told they'd arrive between 2 and 5pm, and they got there a little before 2. Two techs (Jason C & Cyrus A) were sent instead of one, and they worked together very well to accomplish the job in less than an hour. Jason was very personable and professional, answered all my questions, and got more problem spots out than I expected. Very good experience!

Almost, everything! Our technician, Earnest is excellent. We scheduled service over 2 days to have our entire home cleaned. We were very pleased with how the carpets turned out. Earnest went above and beyond to explain the entire process, beginning to end. He suggested services that he felt would be beneficial and his professionalism is beyond excellent!
