The individual that showed up to my house to clean the carpets was very professional very friendly. If he saw something that wasn’t cleaning upright, he would come get me and says what do you want me to do? I was very impressed with his care and concern about my rugs I would recommend these guys hands down over some of the other companies very pleased. The price was totally right and this Bank for my Buck I ever got thanks again Zerorez.

Service providers were extremely professional and managed having our moving crew underfoot without issues. One of our systems was able to be cleaned - the other will require mitigation. I appreciate the time the technician took to explain the various parts of both systems, what worked, and what would require additional effort.

The Zeroez associate who came in and did my house was very understanding so helpful! The house smelled noticeably better after he cleaned the carpets. I had gone nose blind but let me tell you, once he was done with it, my house smelled like, well outside of the cleaner, nothing like it did before! 10/10 recommend Zerorez for your carpet, upholstery, whatever cleaning needs you need!

Fourth or fifth cleaning from Zerorez. And the service was exceptional as expected. My tech contacted me in a timely manor to report his arrival time. He showed respect of my home by having and wearing shoe coverings when entering my home. He was polite and got right to work. It has been three days now and my carpets are very clean and smell good. I will be calling Zerorez next time my carpets are needing a cleaning.

My service guy was really nice, and even eliminated a wine stain that previous technicians could not!!

The technician was knowledgeable and personable. He had the system cleaned and AC back in about 1.5 hours. He showed me the video of all the debris in the system as it was being swept away. I will certainly recommend Zerorez to others.
