The technicians who have provided service are incredibly courteous and extremely efficient. The first treatment of our most recent services left a few remaining spots and when I called for a repeat treatment, there was no hassle and no difficulty. The repeat visit was scheduled promptly and the problem is no w corrected.

The techs did a nice job with cleaning our carpets. They were friendly, professional and thorought.The price was reasonable for the cleaning itself. although I think the amount charged for the biological treatment was high for the service rendered. I will not do that again.
