Arrive on time, carpet is clean, will return to clean any remaining spots on carpet, the technician is respectful, cleans the carpet thoroughly and is pleasan.
They were quick, but efficient and the end product was wonderful. It actually dried very quickly. I do wish the rug cleaning didn’t take so long, but if you want it done right it will take time

Zerorez never disappoints! I wanted to have what I thought was a hardwood floor cleaned, and could not find that option on the menu when trying to schedule services online. I got on a chat and sent a photo of the floor. The staff conferred with one another and advised me that they thought my floor was luxury vinyl and I was given a quote. I requested Ronnie who has been to my house on several occasions to perform other cleaning jobs. I got the day and time I wanted and Ronnie as the technician. It was a very easy scheduling process and I received the various reminders and confirmations via text and email prior to the scheduled date. The day of the cleaning, I received a call from Ronnie saying he was on his way which allowed me the time to lock up my pets. When he arrived, he confirmed that the floor was not hardwood. I also asked him if he could clean the arm of one of our sofas which was really dirty and he did that free of charge along with a pet spot he noticed while we were talking in the hallway. Zerorez is the best and so is Ronnie. Ronnie is engaging, hardworking, and does a wonderful job. I recommend Zerorez!
